Recently I served on a panel of speakers at the Information Management Network’s Bank and Financial Institutions Special Asset Executive Conference on Real Estate Workouts in New York City. The topics of the event were related to the disposal of troubled real estate assets that are owned by banks or are in the process of becoming owned by banks.
